Tender documents or bid sets as they can also be referred to vary in size and complexity. With three Indigo digital presses we have the capacity to respond immediately to tight deadlines and we are able to collaborate in a highly productive way as part of your bid team.

For many of our clients it is a requirement that their tender document is printed the night before the submission date to ensure the confidentiality of their bid and often because revisions and amendments are being made up to the last minute.

For these clients it is absolutely vital that we have excess print capacity to be able to finish printing the tender document even if a printer breaks down. As we have three HP Indigo digital presses on one site we have the built in capacity to deliver no matter what.

Whilst our digital presses produce exceptionally high print quality to a photographic standard our finishing services are equally impressive.  At Entwistle we offer a range of binding techniques and produce beautifully finished box sets and folders.

Can bid managers oversee the tender document printing?

At a preliminary stage of the process we assign a senior member of staff to your project. Whilst offering advice on the bid set during its creation they will also project manage the on site production of your bid. This staff member would be the single point of contact for all your team members and Bid Manager.

In our experience bid team managers and stakeholders are under enormous pressure in the last 48 hours before the submission deadline.  We can arrange a dedicated and secure area where the bid teams/stakeholders can assemble and review their bids as well as providing a more comfortable area to work from.

Is confidentiality assured?

For large construction tender document printing, confidentiality is vital. Pricing documents are often the last aspect of the bid set to be signed off usually on the morning of submission. We offer complete confidentiality as this information can be overseen by the bid team alone. Entwistle regularly enter into confidentiality agreements before commencing printing the tender documents.

All our clients are given access to our shredding machines for safe and secure disposal of any print which needs to be disregarded.
